By selecting yes, I give my child permission to participate in the Lacey Youth Wrestling Camp. I understand that my child will participate in activities that may involve physical contact with the ground/other people, and I understand that there is inherent risk associated with these activities. I understand that the Lacey School District, Lacey Wrestling Club, and camp instructors/participants are not responsible for any injury or loss incurred at or traveling to and/or from the Lacey Wrestling Youth Camp. The registered camper(s) is responsible for any costs that may incur from injury, loss, or accident while at camp.
